Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any supplements or consumable items. This policy is in place to ensure the safety, quality, and integrity of our products.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@suprey.life with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will review the issue and, if approved, may offer a replacement at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Supplements
- Opened or unopened consumable products
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom products
Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
European Union Orders
For customers located in the European Union, please note that under Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. As our products are consumable supplements, all eligible products are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period once shipped or opened.
